As Pacifico Energy's General Counsel, Lennis oversees all legal functions, including M&A transactions, finance transactions, contract negotiations, regulatory compliance, risk management, and dispute resolution, while ensuring legal strategies align with the company’s growth objectives. With over 15 years of experience, he is a seasoned attorney with experience leading various in-house legal functions in several different industries, primarily technology, manufacturing, and life sciences. 

Lennis received his law degree from Harvard Law School and a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, where he was a member of the men’s basketball team earning All-Ivy League and Academic All-American honors.
